Split Send
Chip in together. One bill. One transfer.
Pooling money across siblings, cousins, and friends usually ends in awkward reminders and one person fronting the bill. Split Send fixes that. Set the total, decide each person's share, share a link - and Klosa only releases the payment when everyone has chipped in.

Why Klosa
Built around the way the diaspora actually moves money
Nobody fronts the money
Klosa holds each contribution until the split is fully funded. If anyone doesn't pay by the deadline, every contributor is automatically refunded - no one is out of pocket for someone else's share.
Everyone sees what's owed
Equal split, custom amounts, or percentage shares. Each contributor sees the total, their share, and who else has paid in. No spreadsheet, no group-chat math.
Pays as one transfer
Once the last share lands, Klosa wires the full amount to the recipient or bill in a single transaction. The landlord, the school, or your cousin gets one clean payment - not ten messy ones.
Anyone with the link can pay
Contributors don't need a Klosa account to chip in. Pay through a secure link from anywhere - Toronto, Lagos, London, Accra. Repeat splits get easier with an account.
How it works
From first tap to done in three steps
No long forms, no in-person verification trips, no waiting on a relationship manager. Split Sendworks the way you'd expect a modern app to.
Start a split
Set the total amount, choose the destination - a Ghana bank account or a bill - and decide each person's share.
Invite contributors
Share a link with everyone chipping in. Each person pays their share directly into the split.
Klosa releases the payment
Once every share is in, the full amount goes through to the recipient or bill in a single transfer. If the deadline passes unfunded, contributors are refunded automatically.
What makes it different
The details others quietly skip
Most money transfersapps look the same on the home screen. The difference shows up at the corners - the FX rate you didn't see, the fee that appears at confirmation, the support ticket that takes three days. Here's where Klosa is built differently.
Built for family commitments, not crowdfunding
Split Send is tuned for the things diaspora families pool money for - rent, school fees, funeral contributions, group gifts. Not Kickstarter campaigns. The flow is private, fast, and ends in a real payment to a real bank or biller.
Refunds are automatic, not a fight
If even one contributor flakes, Klosa refunds every share to the original payment method on the deadline date. No chasing, no 'where's my money,' no awkward family WhatsApp.
Works with every Klosa bill type
Pay rent into a Ghana bank account, settle a DStv or ECG bill, fund a family member's school fees - Split Send routes the pooled total to anywhere Klosa already pays.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Common questions about Split Send
What happens if someone doesn't pay their share?
The payment doesn't go through. If the split isn't fully funded by the deadline, every contributor is refunded automatically - no one is charged unless the bill gets paid in full.
Can contributors pay different amounts?
Yes. The organizer sets each person's share - equal split, custom amounts, or percentages - when starting the split.
Do contributors need a Klosa account?
Anyone with the link can pay their share. A Klosa account is recommended for tracking history and faster repeat splits, but not required.
